Team News
Manchester City have been struggling to keep their players fit. The Citizens only had 6 players on the bench in their latest Champions League game which has been a worrying sign for the Spaniard.
The likes of Kevin De Bruyne, Jack Grealish, Mateo Kovacic, and John Stones have already been absent for a while now. Bernardo Silva too was added to the list of absentees after picking up a knock in a 3-1 victory against Red Star Crvena Zvezda.
Man City, however, has found a gem in Jeremy Doku who has impressed one and all with his alluring performances. Matheus Nunes too has shone for the Blues giving Guardiola a relief in breath amidst injury woes.
As for the visitors, Danilo and Serge Aurier missed out on their game against Burnley but we can probably see them back in the lineup this weekend. Hudson-Odoi was the lone scorer for Forest in their last game but may still find it difficult to get a spot in the starting XI.
Predicted Lineups
Manchester City (4-2-3-1): Ederson; Gvardiol, Ruben Dias, Akanji, Walker; Rodri, Kovacic/Nunes; Foden, Alvarez, Jeremy Doku; Haaland.
Nottingham Forest (3-4-3): Turner; Boly, Niakhate, Aurier; Aina, Freuler, Danilo, Montiel; Johnson, Awoniyi, Gibbs-White.
