Joao Cancelo’s time at Manchester City was been surrounded by negativity and personal issues towards the dusk of it all and it seems the player and Barcelona have agreed on personal terms, but there’s no agreement between the clubs just yet. Considering Cancelo’s situation and Barca’s financial constraints, it’s unclear whether the deal will be permanent or a loan.

Joao has shown brilliance going forward, contributing goals and assists from both the full-back position. However, defensive mistakes have plagued his performances. While some Man City fans may wish to keep him for his attacking prowess, it’s best to part ways and avoid further toxicity.
And his full-back partner Kyle Walker could join him on his way out of the Etihad. Despite rumours, it seemed Kyle Walker would stay at Manchester City especially after being given the captain’s armband during pre-season. However, reports suggest he rejected a new contract. While Man City is not looking for a replacement, Walker’s future remains uncertain.
