The Spanish reports that the Cityzens have reached an agreement to pay Valencia €25 million upfront complimented by another €10 million in ‘fixed variables’. Further they state that negotiation between the clubs has ‘accelerated’ over the past few days and have managed to reach common ground on asking price for Torres.

Its said that Ferran Torres already has an agreement in place with the Blues from Manchester and will now head to Etihad and join Pep Guardiola for the next step in his career. Both the clubs come out good from the deal as Valencia, who were clear their intention to sell Ferran this summer after the 20-year-old refused to pen a new contract at Mestalla with one year remaining on his current contract, and Manchester City get a highly rated and talented player in their ranks.

Spanish outlet Marca, has also claimed that Ferran Torres will sign a five year deal at the Etihad, as he set to undergo his medical in Barcelona.
