Although as per AS, UEFA will have discussions with UK Government and discussions are expected to get underway on Sunday in a bid to find a solution to the issue.
UEFA are also said to be keeping tabs on the situation with Porto and Guimaraes set as probable neutral venues should the guidelines remain the same.
